The Public Prosecution Service (OM) in Suriname has today filed a claim with the National Assembly (DNA) to indict the former political office holder, Ashwin Adhin.
That says the OM in a press release. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the claim provides a list of criminal offenses, as the criminal investigation has shown.
The Public Prosecution Service asks that DNA decides on the prosecution of the ex-vice president.
