A day later, during the competition with the Americans, famous for having the biggest basketball stars in classic form, their main task was to not make the same mistakes as before, i.e. to limit fouls and work on their effectiveness, mainly in the second phase of the match.
At the halfway point of the match Adrian Bogucki, Filip Matczak, Michał Sokołowski and Przemysław Zamojski were already leading 12:9, then they added another three points thanks to good ball distribution on the perimeter and the victory came much closer.
However, concentration problems were again evident, but not enough to lose control of the match. A mature and ambitious approach in defense resulted in good play under the boards, which proved crucial in preventing the Americans from changing the fate of the match.
