The children’s center made the corresponding purchase on a specialized government procurement website. Judging by the published procurement specification, signed by the director of the center Sergei Kolpakov, four days of Andrei Nikolaevich’s stay in a prestigious Balakovo hotel (its name has no meaning) will cost the district budget 100,200 rubles (25,050 rubles per day). The famous athlete will be accommodated in a luxury executive class room, where he is scheduled to arrive today, December 20.
