Horáčková, who took 31st place out of 64 female archers in Thursday’s qualification, won the first two sets in the first round. Abdusattorova then reduced the score to 2:4 and scored 29 points in the fourth set, but the Czech representative hit three tens and advanced.
However, Horáčková will not repeat a similar success as at the last world championship. She complicated the situation in Paris already in the classification part, in which she finished in 31st place, which gave her a very strong opponent for the second round.
Although Horáčková started well against 19-year-old Nam So-hjo and scored a respectable 28 points in the first set, the Korean, however, hit a close ten with her final arrow. Both archers scored a point for a draw.

The second set did not work out for the Czech Republic at all. One of the arrows aimed only at the seven and with 24 points she could not think of a profit. In the third set, she got up again, but for 28 points, she again recorded only a draw. Millimeters did not favor her even in the fourth set, when she tied again with 29 points and lost 3:5.
In the fifth set, she needed to win in order to go to the shootout. However, Horáčková hit three eights, which was not enough for the Korean, and after losing 3:7, she will not make it to the round of 16.
As expected, the only Czech representative in the men’s competition, Adam Li, was not enough for the favored Indian Dhiraj Bommadevar in Tuesday’s 1st round. After a 1:7 defeat, he took the shared 33rd place.
