Oltner mini-company Prodo Print wins award at national competition in Zurich
The Olten mini-company Prodo Print didn’t win the title “Company of the Year”, but the seven students from Olten still took an award home with them.
The Olten mini-company Prodo Print won the Swiss Prime Site Best Marketing & Sales Award in the final of the competition organized by the non-profit organization YES.
Prodo Print produces sustainable cell phone cases from recycled plastic from the 3D printer. The Olten mini-company made it into the national final of the non-profit organization YES (Young Enterprise Switzerland), which took place last weekend in the Zurich train station hall.
According to the announcement, the seven-person team won the Swiss Prime Site Best Marketing & Sales Award. The marketing of the product as well as the sales and advertising activities were evaluated. The second Olten mini-company Beecolo, which produces sustainable beeswax cloths from regional beeswax and residues, went empty-handed.
The mini-company beesoft won the title “Company of the Year”.
The Spiritus Sanctus Brig college won the title of “Company of the Year” with the mini-company beesoft for sustainably produced lip balm. (fmu)
