Olivier Giroud less playing time in the 2020-2021 season.
Giroud made just 31 appearances in all competitions scoring 11 goals.
While in the Premier League this season, the French striker scored 4 goals from 17 matches.
Meanwhile, Thomas Tuchel relies more on Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, and Mason Mount to fill the three striker positions.
During his time with the Blues, Giroud successfully presented the FA Cup and the Europa League trophy.
Giroud himself joined Chelsea from Arsenal on January 31, 2018.
With the lack of playing opportunities, the 34-year-old striker is rumored to be leaving Chelsea in the summer of 2021.
