Malmö FF have agreed with Djurgården on a transfer for Oliver Berg.
The club will meet the 29-year-old during the day to agree on the personal contract.

Late on Sunday evening, the agreement between Malmö FF and Djurgården should have been completed.
˝We have given Oliver Berg permission to meet Malmö FF. He is visiting the Skåne club on Monday and is not at Djurgården’s training,” announces Djurgården regarding his prestigious signing ahead of the season.
It has gone quickly since Sportbladet revealed the signing coup on Saturday.
As late as yesterday afternoon, right after the match between the teams in Malmö, Djurgården’s sporting director Bosse Andersson said that there were no negotiations going on and that MFF was told if they were interested in Berg.
Did it go fast, Boss?
– Two professional clubs that have experience and can make quick decisions. It’s not strange, says Andersson.
– But it is an extremely specific transition between two Swedish clubs in the middle of the season. Great respect for Malmö and how we handled this – quickly and smoothly.
Is it your most expensive sale to another Allsvenskan club?
– Yes, it must be. I think so if you ask me this spontaneously.
According to The Express should it be a transitional sum of ten million kroner.
– You can speculate however you want. We have agreed on a transfer, says Andersson.

On the bench when the teams meet
Djurgården won the tug of war against Malmö FF when Oliver Berg was recruited from Kalmar FF last winter.
Since the Norwegian offensive midfielder signed for Djurgården, he has been a given in the team’s starting eleven.
The real success has still not materialized, despite the fact that he received a lot of trust from the coaches Kim Bergstrand and Thomas Lagerlöf.
Andersson does not want to evaluate Berg’s time in Djurgården yet.
– You can comment on that when everything is ready. Now he has received permission to meet Malmö and is not taking part in our training, says the sporting director.
When Malmö FF and Djurgården played 0-0 in Skåne on Sunday afternoon, Oliver Berg was in the squad, but remained on the bench for the entire match.
A transfer means that Oliver Berg and Henrik Rydström are reunited.
