Businessman Oleg Deripaska sees the need to reduce the number of officials in Russia. According to the entrepreneur, it is quite realistic to reduce their number by 2-3 times, after which the Russian economy will receive more freedom from the state apparatus. Deripaska’s opinion today, March 2 leads TASS.
The entrepreneur put forward his radical proposal at the session “NEP 2.0 – the role of Siberia as a center of industrial growth” of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.
“About officials, it seems to me that the time has come to reduce them somehow. I think about management all the time: how effective it is, whether it adequately solves problems”, he thinks.
After that, Oleg Deripaska is sure, the country will “light stress”but it will only promote development.
“Firstly, it is an opportunity to attract new personnel. Reduction of officials – two or three times, law enforcement officers – a couple of times, “ he added.
EADaily recalls that earlier the same Deripaska predicted Russia’s return to its “Asian past.”
In the meantime, Oleg Deripaska threatens the bureaucratic apparatus, a large food manufacturer has been put up for auction in Russia.
