The finance specialist has been working for Natuvion since 2018. To date, she has been responsible for all administrative and commercial issues in the company and established group-wide controlling. “The enormous growth of Natuvion and the close cooperation with the finance specialists at NTT DATA Business Solutions involve a wealth of tasks that, in addition to implementation, also increasingly include financial strategy aspects. In my new role as CFO, strategic financial planning and internal management consulting are certainly among the most exciting tasks. I’m looking forward to it,” says Olga Hartlieb, explaining her future range of tasks.
Career woman
Hartlieb began working in controlling at Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg in 2002. After further positions, the business administration graduate moved to Energy4u GmbH in 2012, where she initially supported the CFO in reporting to the parent company Siemens as a project controller. By 2018, she increasingly took on the responsibilities of the CFO role and company-wide controlling. Olga Hartlieb moved to Natuvion as Head of Controlling in 2018.
