The council led by Ángel García Seoane has already requested the Xunta that line 1A reach Santa Cristina throughout the year, however, it has also sent in writing to the General Directorate of Mobilidade its arguments for not paying the compensation of 22,200 euros for three months of summer 2019.
The coach company has requested to dissolve the agreement with A Coruña and Oleiros due to the non-payment of this city council.

The Minister of Infrastructure and Mobility, Ethel Vázquez, has advanced that the Xunta will extend in the next month of May to all Galicia the New People Card so that those under 21 years of age can travel for free on intercity transport.
This is what he has advanced during his appearance in the Galician Chamber, in which he has indicated that, with this measure, the Xunta plans to double the number of beneficiaries and the investment that it allocates to pay these bonuses, going from 1.9 million euros to 4.3 million.
In his appearance to reel off the forecasts of his department, Vázquez has valued the commitment of the Galician Government to modernize the interurban bus lines and has referred to the culmination, in December, of the implementation of the Public Transport Plan, which involved the activation of 127 contracts and the renewal of more than 3,100 lines.
“Never in the history of Galicia was a bet like the one we are making for public transport made,” said the councilor, who indicated that this Tuesday the Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG) publishes the approval of the Galicia Transport Area, which will allow the advantages of metropolitan transport to be extended to the entire Galician territory.
As specified, in spring the first adhesion agreements will begin to be signed with the town councils, with the aim of proceeding with their effective implementation throughout the second half of the year.
Specifically, it will allow to apply to any trip made by bus dependent on the Xunta the discounts on the prices of the tickets enjoyed by the metropolitan transport areas that are constituted. In addition, among other issues, it will mean the total decriminalization of transfers with the urban bus of the participating cities in the trips that are paid with the public transport card.
However, so that users do not have to wait, the conselleira has advanced that from next April 1 discounts on public transport will be reinforced for all recurring users who pay for their trips with the TMG card.
