Russian millionaire Oleg Burlakov has died from complications caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19). The Russian died in Monaco, where he had previously flown from Moscow.
As reported Forbes with reference to acquaintances of the businessman, 71-year-old Burlakov passed away on June 23. For others data, he died on June 21 in the Russian capital.
For 2021, Burlakov ranked 177th in the ranking of the richest Russians according to Forbes. His capital was estimated at $ 650 million. He owned 75% of the shares of Stroylesbank, and also received capital from the sale of shares in the companies Novoroscement and Burneftegaz. He also owned a 400 million Euro yacht Black Pearl.
In 2018, an attempt was made on Burlakov in Moscow. An unknown person ran up to his car and fired several shots, but the businessman was not injured.
