Likewise, the supervisor of Social Equity Miriam del Hoyo, pointed out that the objective was that all those who attend from the area could participate on the occasion of remembering the International Day of the Elderly that took place on October 1 and announced that These proposals will continue now that the health situation allows it.

“They are all very happy from the first moment that we began to call them, they were locked up for a long time by the pandemic and this is a way that they can recreate and begin to leave,” he said.

For her part, the head of the Social Development portfolio Elizabeth Pintos highlighted the accompaniment of the elderly, both in pandemic where they have been a priority, and now, through this proposal to bring them together and celebrate life.
