Uzone.id – Rumors circulated that the old iPhone with chipset Apple A11 like the iPhone X and the iPhone 8 Series will not be missed update iOS 17. However, one of these rumors was immediately dismissed leaker from MacRumors.
According to him, all previous iPhone series received update iOS 16 continues to get updates to newer versions of iOS, and this includes the iPhone X, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus which were released in September 2017.

iOS 15 for example, all devices running iOS 14 get update the OS. However, Apple removed several features for the old series of iPhones so that performance remains optimal even though they are already running a newer operating system.
It was only on iOS 16 that Apple stopped support for several old iPhones such as the iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus.
However, this is only a rumor. Bearing in mind, the iPhone X and iPhone 8 Series are powered chipset Apple A11 which has bug security on bootrom which until now could not be added by Apple.
