Mallory Weber found the back of the net in the 6th minute, but Jessica Fishlock, on a penalty shot, tied the game in the 34th minute.
Celia Jimenez scored the winning goal in the 84th minute.
Le Reign thus finished second in group B for this Challenge Cup.
The tournament final, between Gotham FC and the Portland Thorns, will be presented on Radio-Canada Sports on Saturday at 1 p.m.
