In the past season, Chima Sean Okoroji from SC Freiburg was loaned to SC Paderborn. How the left-back will continue is still open. He might be drawn to Fortuna Düsseldorf.
According to RP-Online Chima Sean Okoroji is so far only one possible candidate at Fortuna Düsseldorf. However, this could change, because Fortuna’s new head coach Christian Preußer and the 24-year-old defensive player know each other from shared times with the second team of SC Freiburg.
Future at SC Freiburg?
Okoroji played 17 competitive appearances for SC Paderborn in the 2020/21 season, but is unlikely to return there. According to the contract, it’s now back to SC Freiburg. Whether the German-Englishman is planned in Breisgau is just as open as a possible move to Fortuna Düsseldorf.
