A resident of Pontpoint in the Oise is still between life and death on this Saturday evening, after having been very seriously injured by her dog, a doberman in a house on the way from Crépy to Pontpoint.
Attacked shortly after noon when she was alone at home and for a reason that remains unknown, she was repeatedly bitten on the face and head. The victim, aged about sixty, was evacuated with a vital prognosis committed at the university hospital center of Amiens (Somme). It was her husband who discovered him and immediately alerted the emergency services and the gendarmes.
Dogs: molosses are back in force
At the request of the family, the animal was euthanized in the afternoon, while an investigation was opened to determine the conditions of the attack, even if the victim could not be heard due to the seriousness of his condition. Absent from the commune, the mayor of Pontpoint, Patrick Pelissou, was warned of this attack.
