Oil prices rose, in trading, despite concerns about the growth in global demand for crude in light of the rise in key interest rates.
US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 0.84% to $81.93 a barrel.
While Brent crude futures rose 0.77% to $85.45 a barrel, according to Bloomberg agency data.
