The price of oil has plummeted on the former, fragile signs of relaxation between Russia and Ukraine. But the alarm on the offer, which may not be enough, has far from disappeared from the horizon.
Moscow’s exports are dropping visibly and with the storage deposits filling up now it is starting to slow down the production of the fields …
