Orange, white, historic Orange Pearls: Máxima’s state visit to Greece got off to a good start.
The first photo courtesy of Rick Evers:
Máxima’s dress is a design from the Greek (!) Zeus + Dione label.
Máxima’s hat is presumably a bespoke Philip Treacy, whose trademark is the teardrop-shaped hats.
During the welcoming ceremony, Queen Máxima wore her pearl earrings with a white pearl button, a diamond pendant and a drop of white pearls. These Tahitian pearl earrings, made by Schoeffel, are wearable in different settings. Golden, gray and white pearls can be mixed in different lengths and color combinations. The set was probably bought around 2002 by jeweler Steltman, the Dutch court jeweler. (Source: Edwin Fellner, the jewelry blogger behind Dutch Royal Jewels)

The brooch the queen wears today is also known as a strawberry leaf brooch. The jewel had already been worn by Queen Sophie and has now been presented fourteen times with Queen Máxima.
