The real estate developer OGIC delivered the Trilogy program, carried out within the Léon-Blum concerted development zone, in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine). This is a real estate complex made up of three buildings which bring together 1,200 m2 of offices and more than 170 intermediate and home ownership housing units. Designed in compliance with environmental requirements, the program was carried out in order to offer a residence and tertiary premises in line with the development of the business area.
At the same time, the group also inaugurated its head office, located in the Technopolis district, in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Welcoming its teams since the beginning of 2023, the building, called “La Fabrique”, stands on six floors and offers more than 3,000 m2 of workspace. A year of work and a budget of more than 20 million euros were necessary for its completion. According to the developer, this new head office was designed as a showcase of its architectural know-how.
