Officials collapse the entrance to Cartagena and the government affirms that the negotiation will be “rethought” | Radio Cartagena

Protests by officials and staff hired by the Cartagena City Council over the suspension of the working conditions agreement have further raised the tone in recent hours. After these latest events, from the consistory they affirm that they are “rethinking” the meeting that was scheduled for tomorrow Friday with the unions and they don’t know if they will come. They also ask for “respect” for Easter, after protests during the first of their acts. Regarding the union request that the mayor meet with them in person, Ana Belén Castejón answer that any member of the government team is a valid interlocutor.

Juan Jesus Moreno, President of the Staff Board of the Cartagena City Council, representing the CCOO, UGT, SIME and CSIF unions, confident that tomorrow’s meeting will finally take place and that the mayor preside over it.
