The Ministry of Health and Population has adopted a decision specifying the position of taxpayers who abstain from receiving the post for long periods.
According to a letter addressed by Dr. Sahar Helmy, Head of the Training and Research Sector at the Ministry of Health, to the Health Departments, the opinion of the Legal Advisor of the Superior Commission for the Appointment was approved, regarding the abstention from receiving The assignment.
The legal opinion provides: The bodies responsible for the members of the medical categories covered by the assignment law, must contact the general administration for the assignment after 3 months from the date of issue of the assignment decision of the aforementioned groups, including the names of the persons in charge who received no work during the aforementioned period, in preparation for submitting each case to the Supreme Committee. Take what it deems appropriate in this regard, either by canceling the assignment or by adopting legal measures according to the actual needs of the authorities and according to the deficit and increase of these categories.
Helmy asked the management to provide them with the names of all the assigned categories, which did not receive the work within the prescribed period of 3 months from the date of issue of the award decision.
