This news was announced by Petronas Yamaha on its official website. The Tuning Fork satellite team ensures that Rossi will become Franco Morbidelli’s new duet in MotoGP 2021.
“The 9 times world champion officially continues in MotoGP with the Malaysian squad, along with Franco Morbidelli,” wrote the official website of Petronas Yamaha.
Rumors of Rossi to Petronas Yamaha have been blowing for a long time. Precisely when the Italian rider was confirmed to be displaced from the Yamaha first team, after being replaced by Fabio Quartararo.
