L’AS Roma is pleased to announce the signing of the Portuguese goalkeeper Rui Patricio.
The Club announces that it has purchased outright, since Wolverhampton Wanderers, the rights to the sports performances of the player, against a fixed consideration equal to 11.5 million euros.
The agreement also provides for the recognition of variable bonuses, conditional on the achievement of certain sporting objectives of the club and the sports performance of the player, with whom a contract has been signed until 30 June 2024.

With the Portuguese national team, Rui Patricio made 97 appearances, graduating as European champion in 2016, also becoming the goalkeeper with the most appearances.
His career began in Sporting Clube de Portugal, he later moved to the Premier League with Wolverhampton in 2018.
