VISUALIZATION File EX-2022-69739849-APN-GCYCG # INCAA of the Register of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS, Law no. 17.741 (up to 2001) and its amendments, Decrees no. 1536 of 20 August 2002, n. 90 of 20 January 2020 and no. 183 of 12 April 2022, INCAA resolutions no. 417-E of 22 April 2022, n. 829-E of 18 July 2022 and no. 1072-E of 25 August 2022, and;
CONSIDERING:
This article 1 of Law no. 17.741 (up to 2001) and its amendments, establishes that the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS (INCAA) will have the task of promoting and regulating film activities throughout the territory of the Republic and abroad to the extent that refers to national cinema, according to the provisions of this law.
That the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS is responsible for the organization and development of the MAR DEL PLATA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.
That the FESTIVAL aims to stimulate and facilitate meetings between exponents of national and international cinema and present films of all genres, accompanied by their representatives, to contribute to the development of culture and the advancement and diffusion of the audiovisual industry.
This INCAA Resolution no. 417-E / 2022 approved the Regulations of the 37th Edition of the MAR DEL PLATA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, identified as IF-2022-37716465-APN-APIIA # INCAA, establishing the conditions of the citation.
That with the INCAA Resolution no. 829-E / 2022 the Official Rates for the 37th Edition of the MAR DEL PLATA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL were approved, identified as IF-2022-69192235-APN-SGDF # INCAA, establishing the values corresponding to advertising spaces.
That it is appropriate to establish the values of the cinema tickets that will be sold in the cinemas of the city of Mar del Plata as part of the 37th MAR DEL PLATA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, which will take place in person from 03-13 November 2022.
That for this it is necessary to approve a tariff to determine the valuation of cinema tickets, since as an exhibitor, the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS has the power to determine the sale value of the Official Ticket.
That the ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, the GENERAL MANAGEMENT and the LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT intervened in this regard.
That this provision is issued making use of the powers conferred by Law no. 17.741 (up to 2001) and subsequent amendments and by Decrees no. 90/2020 and n. 183/2022.

SOLVES:
ARTICLE 1.- Approve the official values of the cinema tickets in the context of the 37th MAR DEL PLATA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, which acts as an ANNEX identified as IF-2022-96059154-APN-APIIA # INCAA and which for all its purposes is part integral and inseparable of this act.
ARTICLE 2 .- Register, communicate, publish, deliver to the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION and properly archive.
