24-year-old goalkeeper Dmytro Riznyk moves to Shakhtar from Vorskla Poltava. The agreement with the player is calculated until 2028.
Dmitry Riznyk is a pupil of Poltava football. In October 2019, he made his debut in the UPL and in the first season became the finalist of the Ukrainian Cup. For the main team “Vorskla” played 80 matches, 24 of which – without conceded goals. In the 2022/23 season, he played 17 matches (15 in the Premier League, 2 in the UEFA Conference League qualification).
He played for the youth team of Ukraine, with which he reached the semi-finals of Euro 2018 (U19). As part of the Ukrainian U20 national team, he won the 2019 World Youth Championship.
On November 11, 2021, Dmitry Riznyk made his debut for the national team of Ukraine, coming on as a substitute in a friendly game against Bulgaria (1:1). On June 14, 2022, he played the first official match as part of the country’s main team in the UEFA Nations League with Ireland (1: 1).
