HAVING SEEN File EX-2024-53742855-APN-DGAYO#INDEC, Legislation No. 17,622, Decree No. 3110 of December 30, 1970, Resolutions Nos. 65 of April 10, 2021 and 210 of September 20, 2023, each from the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STATISTICS AND CENSUS, and

CONSIDERING:

That subsection a) of Article 5 of Legislation No. 17,622 establishes that the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STATISTICS AND CENSUS (INDEC) should plan, promote and coordinate the duties of the organizations that make up the Nationwide Statistical System (SEN).

That the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF PLANNING, INSTITUTIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, the GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF DISSEMINATION AND COMMUNICATION, the TECHNICAL DIRECTORATE and the MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STATISTICS AND CENSUS have taken the intervention of their competence in accordance with the “Annual Work Program 2024.”

That the DIRECTORATE OF LEGAL AFFAIRS has taken the intervention of its jurisdiction.

That because of the above and in use of the powers granted by Legislation No. 17,622, Article 28 of Regulatory Decree No. 3110 dated December 30, 1970 and Decree No. 99 dated December 27, 2023, it’s acceptable to behave consequently.

THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STATISTICS AND CENSUS

RESOLVES:

ARTICLE 1.- Approve the doc “Annual Work Program 2024” which as an Annex (IF-2024-53882780-APN-DNPYC#INDEC) types an integral a part of this measure.

ARTICLE 2.- Talk, publish, give to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION and archive it.
