SEEN EX-2020-27495897- -APN-GCYCG#INCAA of the Registry of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FILM AND AUDIOVISUALS ARTS, Law No. 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments, Decrees No. 1536 dated August 20, 2002 and No. 178 dated April 3, 2023 and INCAA Resolutions No. 1 dated January 2, 2017 and its amendments, No. 1477-E dated November 22, 2017, and;

CONSIDERING:

That Law No. 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments place the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FILM AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS in charge of the promotion and regulation of cinematographic activity in the territory of the Argentine Republic and of national cinematographic activity abroad.

That, likewise, Law No. 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments establishes in article 5 that the ADVISORY COUNCIL will have the function, among others, of “…designating selection committees for the qualification of the projects that aspire to obtain the benefits of this law, which will be integrated with personalities from culture, cinematography and audiovisual arts.”

That through INCAA Resolution No. 1477-E/2017, the Documentary Project Evaluation Committee and the Finished Documentary Film Committee were created, in accordance with articles 16 and 17 respectively of its Annex I.

That the first of them will be made up of FIVE (5) documentary members, while the second of them will be made up of THREE (3) documentary members.

That according to Minute No. IF-2023-99833730-APN-SGPA#INCAA dated July 31, 2023, issued by the ADVISORY COUNCIL and incorporated into these proceedings, it is appropriate to make the appointments of the members of the COMPLETED DOCUMENTARY FILMS COMMITTEE: Silvina HERMOSA (DNI: 24.159.112); Julián María GIULIANELLI, (DNI: 26.060.244) and Daniel Gustavo BURAK (DNI: 12.081.265).

That the members designated in this act will cease their duties after SIX (6) months, counted from the date stipulated in the contract, which will be signed in a timely manner, fulfilling technical advisory functions, without a dependency relationship. with the Institute, under the modality of a construction contract.

That all the named members meet the admissibility requirements demanded in INCAA Resolution No. 1477-E/2017 and its amendments.

That the DEPUTY MANAGEMENT OF AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT and the MANAGEMENT OF LEGAL AFFAIRS have taken the intervention that is their responsibility.

That this measure is issued in use of the powers conferred by Law No. 17,741 (to 2001) and its amendments and Decrees No. 1536/2002, No. 178/2023.

Thus,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FILM AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS

RESOLVES:

ARTICLE 1.- Designate the COMMITTEE OF FINISHED DOCUMENTARY FILMS, which will be made up of: Silvina HERMOSA (DNI: 24.159.112); Julián María GIULIANELLI, (DNI: 26.060.244) and Daniel Gustavo BURAK (DNI: 12.081.265).

ARTICLE 2.- Establish that the members designated in this act will cease their duties after SIX (6) months, counted from the date stipulated in the contract, which will be signed in a timely manner, fulfilling advisory functions. technical, without a relationship of dependency with the Institute, under the modality of a construction contract.

ARTICLE 3.- Establish that this Resolution will come into force upon its publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC.

ARTICLE 4.- Register, notify interested parties, publish, send to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION, and promptly archive it.
