“La Cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta” is a made-in-Mexico story, produced by Dynamo and Amazon Studios, set on the new border between Mexico and the United States in 1851, during a period fueled by greed, anger, and xenophobia. in the middle of an all-out war thanks to the California Gold Rush.
The series, made up of 8 episodes, follows the adventures of two men: “Joaquín Murrieta”, a legendary figure also known as the Mexican Robin Hood, played by Juan Manuel Bernal, and “Joaquín Carrillo”, played by Alejandro Speitzer, whose paths They find themselves in the middle of a violent misunderstanding.
