Rotterdam supporters went to the hotel where the Feyenoord players stayed and lit fireworks there. They then went downtown, where they pelted the police with heavy fireworks.
Fifteen tickets
Police arrested seven people and fined 15 others for violating corona rules.
“Even when the circumstances are difficult, we act”, writes a spokesman. Two employees of the ME have problems with their hearing after the evening. “This is unacceptable behavior,” said the police spokesman.
It is now quiet again in the center of Rotterdam.
