Our client, a company in the entertainment industry, is currently looking for an Office Services Agent for their team.

The position is permanent and the person will work face-to-face in the offices located in Old Montreal. The employer offers an excellent range of social benefits, including group insurance, RRSPs, access to their gym and more.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and equipment for new employees
• Order meals for dinner, snacks and coffee
• Organize social events for employees
• Follow up with the building owner for repairs or renovations
• Provide support at reception (call taking, reception and mail management)
• Perform other related duties

Requirements and skills

• College studies in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, in a professional environment
• French-English bilingualism, both oral and written
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite

Know-how

• Good communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Sense of organization and proactivity
• Courtesy and discretion
• Dynamic and able to manage several files at the same time
