Emsdetten (ABZ). – Water in, water out – this is how the successful family company TECE from Emsdetten describes its core competence. “It is just as easy at Ela Container,” explains Area Sales Manager Simon Harenkamp. “Room container delivered, room container ready for use.” Perhaps that is the reason for the fruitful customer relationships between the global manufacturer of sanitary systems and the room specialist from Haren.
Because only recently TECE expanded its office space with the modular space solutions from Ela Container. “Curiosity about the world of our customers leads us to well thought-out products and services,” explains Ludger Münstermann, Head of Facility & Maintenance at TECE. This attitude seems to be successful because the company hired more employees. “The task for Ela was to set up office work rooms for the new employees at short notice, in which they could feel comfortable and work efficiently,” says Harenkamp.
“The extra-wide Ela office containers are ideal for this.” Together with the customer, Ela planned the space solution consisting of 18 premium modules and with a usable area of 300 m² optically matching the company’s existing building.

With a white exterior paintwork and all-round attic in black, the new office complex fits perfectly into the backdrop of the company premises. Inside, the rooms are designed to be bright, with large windows letting in daylight. The supplied split air conditioning units for cooling and heating ensure a pleasant room climate.
