The Dresden City Council has approved the plans for the construction of an office center that have been improved by the Free State.

Previously, the new building project (construction to start next year) between the Press House and Erlweinspeicher had failed in committee.
So there had been trouble because a visualization of the building showed a green terrace, which did not exist in the actual construction plans.
The Free State improved, wants to meet the demands of the city. This also paves the way for the renovation of the state parliament planned for 2025.
