Offenbach: The 29-year-old tackled the escalator and was injured

Officers of the Offenbach regional investigation team are looking for further witnesses to an accident in which a 29-year-old woman was injured on the escalators of the “Offenbach-Ledermuseum” S-Bahn station on Berliner Strasse on Friday afternoon, December 2.

According to previous information, an unknown person passed people on the escalator going up around 5:30 pm. He then allegedly physically assaulted the victim, who was traveling with an assistance dog, on the escalator behind. As a result, she fell on the escalator, she was injured and was taken to the hospital for further medical treatment. The background to the incident is not yet clear.

According to initial findings, the perpetrator was 1.70 to 1.75 meters tall, strong and muscular, and had a round face. He was wearing a black jacket and a shoulder bag.
