(jm) Unknown persons broke into two mobile phone shops on Hammerstraße on Tuesday evening and stole several mobile phones. At around 11:20 p.m., a perpetrator gained access to the shop in the one-digit house number area by smashing the front door. He then stole several cell phones. At the same time, another burglary occurred not far away, also in a mobile phone shop. Here, too, a perpetrator smashed the front door and took several cell phones. A witness heard an alarm, then saw two people flee and immediately informed the police. One of the men was around 20 years old and had medium-length dark hair. Two injured after an accident on Landesstraße 3199 – Bad Orb
(fg) Two injured and damage of around 18,000 euros are the balance sheet of an accident on Tuesday afternoon on state road 3199. At around 3:20 p.m., a 71-year-old and her 74-year-old passenger were in a Nissan Qashqai on state road 3199 from the motorway 66 coming towards Bad Orb. At the height of the sports field, the driver came off the road to the right with her car, crashed into the earth wall there and then skidded. Two delineators and a traffic sign were damaged.
