Offenbach: Dangerous chase on the A3 – motorcyclist escapes the police

Hainburg – A wild chase broke out on the A3 near Offenbach. Officials of the Frankfurt Autobahn Police carried out a traffic control on Wednesday evening (March 31, 2021) in the Hainbach car park on the A3 in the direction of Würzburg. When the officers wanted to check a motorcyclist with a Suzuki super sports car GSX-R 1000, he simply drove away without listening to the police’s instructions, the Frankfurt police motorway station reported on Thursday (April 1st, 2021).

The highway police immediately pursued the fugitive motorcyclist. This rushed “at high speed” on the A3 in the direction of Würzburg to the B45 in the direction of Mühlheim (Offenbach district). From there, the speeder turned with his motorcycle onto the L3416 to Hainburg, where he turned abruptly, finally escaped the police patrol and the wild chase was thus over.

During his escape on the autobahn and on the further course of the route, the motorcyclist “really hit the gas” and also accepted dangerous maneuvers with other road users. Now the police are looking for the kamikaze driver and are asking for help. Witnesses who can provide information about the driver, his motorcycle or the further escape after the chase on the A3 near Offenbach should report to the Frankfurt police motorway station on 069 / 755-46400.

The motorcyclist was on the road with a Suzuki super sports car GSX-R 1000 with Dieburger license plates. The driver wore black clothes, a dark motorcycle helmet and probably motorcycle boots. The officials also ask for information from victims who were endangered by the frenzy and driving maneuvers of the fugitive in the Offenbach area. (iwe)
