ÖFB’s Perspective Player Course Returns for Second Edition

The perspective player course celebrated its premiere last November, from July 30th to August 2nd the second edition is now scheduled for the Lindabrunn sports school. In addition to the team boss, his two assistant coaches and all other ÖFB team coaches (from women to U17 to futsal) will also be there.

“It’s about sharpening our image of the future players in the national team. We want to challenge and support Austria’s greatest talents so that they are as well prepared as possible for future tasks. To do this, it is necessary to get to know each and every one of these players better,” said Rangnick at the ÖFB website quoted.

A total of five goalkeepers and 26 outfield players are invited, Austria Wien is represented four times by keeper Kenan Jusić, wingers David Ewemade and Luca Pazourek and midfield newcomer Moritz Wels.

All training sessions of the perspective player course are held in public. Fans and those interested in football are invited to watch on site in Lindabrunn. Training takes place on Sunday (6:00 p.m.), Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (each at 11:00 a.m.).
