Finally, doing so under the colors of Switzerland’s candidacy for the UN Security Council adds a little spice to the adventure in which the Sedunois Dominique Favre has embarked.
Swiss representative at the World Bank in Washington, Dominique Favre, who was previously stationed at the Swiss UN Mission in New York, immediately agreed to run this marathon with an “APlusForPeace” jersey which is the main slogan. of the Swiss candidacy!
A second diplomat stationed at the Swiss Embassy in Washington took up the challenge of the New York marathon under Swiss colors. Vincent Barras, 32 years old, although of Bulloise origin, is related to Savièse and his wife is also from Sedun.
