In Odessa on Saturday, June 12, there was a heavy downpour… As a result of bad weather flooded a number of streets downtown.
According to local Telegram channels, about 28 millimeters of precipitation fell in 15 minutes (to see photos and videos, scroll to the bottom of the page).
The stormwater pipes did not cope with such a load, which is why they flooded Balkovskaya, Srednefontanskaya, Primorskaya, Melnitskaya and several other central streets. The city authorities brought communal equipment onto the roads to pump out water.
Local residents have shared photos and videos of the consequences of the rain online. The pictures show that cars literally float on the roads.
As reported OBOZREVATEL earlier, in the city of Izium, Kharkiv region the downpour completely washed away the asphalt… At the same time, hail the size of an olive fell in the Dnieper.
