One of them is, precisely, the physical trainer of the First Division Leandro Bugliani.
Since his arrival at the institution 16 years ago, Bugliani has followed a path of dedication and effort, which took him from the training divisions to his current leadership position in the professional team, witnessing and being part of the greatest sporting achievements in history. of the club.
Beginnings and career
Bugliani began his career at the club in 2008. Over time, his commitment and passion led him to coordinate the minor categories and join the Reserve coaching staff, until he reached his current position on the First team. “I always wanted to work in football, since I was a child it was clear that I wanted to dedicate myself to this,” he says. His academic training includes studies in physical education and specialization as a football physical trainer, which has been fundamental for his professional development.
The role of the physical trainer
For Bugliani, the role of a PF goes beyond the mere physical condition of the players. “The most important thing is that the player is physically well, but you also have to develop a close relationship with them and carry out adequate planning,” he explains. His closeness to the players allows him to understand their needs and optimize their performance on the field.

Bugliani’s link with Defense and Justice transcends the professional. “I have been a member and fan of the club since I was a child, being here is a dream come true,” he shares. His love for the club is reinforced by his pride in contributing to its growth, especially after iconic moments in the team’s history, such as the promotion match against Morón in 2006, a turning point that marked the beginning of a new era for the club. club.

Leandro highlights the importance of constant education and improvement for those who dream of reaching his position. “The key is to study and work for what you want. I would tell the kids to focus on their goals and not stop,” he advises.
Reflecting on the club’s growth, Bugliani notes that the transformation of facilities and resources made his job easier. “When I arrived, the club was different, now we have everything necessary for a professional team to develop properly,” he concludes.
