Is photography your hobby and do you love Leiden? Then take part in the October 3 photo competition Historic Harbour. The theme is ABOUT WATER. Be inspired by the twenty-eight kilometers of waterways in Leiden, or the eighty-seven bridges in the city center of Leiden, the ports or the ships. Any association you have with the theme ABOUT WATER is welcome.
We have two categories: adults (18 years and older) and youth (up to 18 years). There are separate juries and prizes. The winning photos will be published around October 3 in (around) the Historic Harbor and on our (new) website. We will award the prizes on October 3 ourselves. Everyone can participate: Leiden residents and non-Leiden residents!
There are great prizes to be won: in the adult category, for example, a dinner for two in a restaurant in our neighborhood.

You are the photographer Your photo depicts the theme ABOUT WATER The photo was taken in Leiden You agree to the publication of a photo with your name The photo is min. 2 MB and max 11 MB Maximum 2 entries per person Submit before September 25, 2023 to photo @historischehavenleidingen.nl When submitting, indicate whether you are participating in the Youth (up to 18 years) or the Adult (from 18 years) category. Result around October 3: we will not discuss that result
