“We have been looking forward to this beer for a long time,” says Edith Scheiderer, while she toasted her five friends in front of the “Purzl” inn in Ochsenfurt’s old town. The six cyclists from Creglingen used the opening of the meadow gastronomy in the Wrzburg district for a bike tour from the Tauber to the Main. “We’re not that far in Baden-Wrttemberg yet, but that will happen in the next few days,” says Scheiderer. “It almost feels like it used to.” The Gaubahn cycle path took us from Creglingen to Ochsenfurt.
