On April 6, GKNB officers with special forces officers detained a member of the organized criminal group and his accomplice. They threatened and extorted money from a private entrepreneur. This was reported by the press center of the State Committee.
Last week, attackers forcibly put a businessman in a car and drove him to the outskirts of Bishkek. In an unknown house, the victim was beaten and hit with an iron object. Then they began to extort money in the amount of 350 thousand soms. His Toyota Camry car was taken as collateral.
On this fact, the SCNS of the SCNS initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under the article “Extortion” of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detainee was placed in the IVS pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security.
The security services are currently investigating.
