Within the occupational health service of the West region, you lead occupational health actions, with the aim of preserving the physical and mental health of around 1,400 employees with the assistance of two nurses.
- You organize activities to promote collective work with employers (Management, RRH, Preventors), the social labor service and staff representatives.
- You participate in the monitoring and contribute to the traceability of occupational exposures and health monitoring.
- You promote the sharing of experience and practices within OHS.
As manager of the medical team, you annually assess the professional skills of health personnel.
You will work in 3 medical offices: Poitiers (main office), La Rochelle and Angoulême.

Desired profile
Doctor of medicine, you hold a specialization in occupational medicine or an equivalent diploma, with or without professional experience.
With good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, communicate and be discreet, you know how to federate and work in collaboration with different interlocutors.
