Necessary documents
1. Download, complete and sign the Payment request form
2. Collect the following documents in digital version:
- A copy of invoices and documents that detail and indicate the actual cost:
- work carried out
- of the equipment acquired
- professional services received
- Proof of payment of invoices
- A copy of the permits related to the work and the associated proof of payment
- Photos of the renovated spaces
- A copy of the lease for the renovated premises
- A copy of the occupancy certificate
