A number of scientists and observers published an observational report and analysis of the results of the explosion of a star (Nova) that was discovered several days ago, specifically on April 20, and has been given the name (PNV J17224490-4137160, V1716 Sco).
Various entities participated in writing the report by analyzing or conducting observations, including the US Space Agency (NASA) and a number of international observatories. On the Emirati side, Engineer Mohamed Odeh, Director of the International Astronomy Center, participated in observations made from the Astronomical Seal Observatory in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Seal Observatory followed up this stellar explosion with optical measurements of the change in the brightness of the star, which is located in the Scorpion group. Where international observatories cooperate in such studies, each from his site, and from our Arab region, the Al-Khatim Observatory participated in that.
