Obligations and Restrictions of Actors during SAG-AFTRA Strikes

Is every actor now obliged to strike?

SAG-AFTRA is an American labor union representing 160,000 members, including actors, voice actors, presenters and anchors. The union has strict rules for members. For example, they are not allowed to work for productions that are not affiliated with the union, and vice versa, as an actor you must be affiliated with the union if you want to work for a production that is affiliated with SAG-AFTRA.

That means that almost every well-known actor is a member of SAG. And as a member of the union, you are also obliged to effectively stop work if a strike is introduced. What are members not allowed to do during a strike?
