Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bartın, Denizli, Düzce, Kastamonu, Muğla, Karabük, Sakarya, Kırklareli, Burdur, Siirt, Rize, Kayseri, Tunceli, Kırıkkale and Uşak Provincial Hygiene Boards banned going out onto the street without a mask. While announcing these decisions, the boards, which draw attention to the social distance rule, emphasized the importance of the social distance rule as well as the use of masks.
HOW ARE THE MASK WITHOUT MASK STREET?
It has been announced that an administrative fine will be imposed in accordance with Article 282 of the General Sanitary Law No. 1593 on those who go out onto the street without a mask and violate the specified measures.
Sanitary Law Article 282: Those who act against the prohibitions written in this Law or who do not comply with the obligations shall be subject to administrative fines from two hundred Turkish Liras to one thousand Turkish Liras unless their acts constitute a crime.
Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the Istanbul Governorship took new measures to protect social distance in public transport. It has been announced that an administrative fine will be imposed in accordance with Article 282 of the General Sanitary Law No. 1593 on those who violate the measures specified under the measures taken.

Specialists emphasizing that the use of masks is important in the fight against Covid-19, but it will not be sufficient alone, and emphasizes the importance of using masks in the normalization process.
