Mask requirement in offices? Took forever. Home office? Should companies “enable” their employees. After all: Now at least the mandatory test will come. At least if the Federal SPD has its way – the rest of them keep on banging around.

What annoys me: Private rights, on the other hand, were cashed out relatively quickly. Going for a walk on the Alster? Mask on! Fooling around with the kids in the playground? As an adult only with protection. In addition, the room arrest from 9 p.m. But when it comes to the offices, so far it has mostly come down to mere appeals: You could … maybe … maybe … no ?! I see! There are enough studies that show that the majority of people become infected with Corona on the way to or at work. Distance is difficult to achieve on buses and trains at peak times. Anyone who depends on being present on the job should at least get the opportunity from their employer to cover themselves for at least a few hours. But many top politicians do not share the SPD’s stance.

To be clear: breaking this third wave will be a feat. There is no need for another rolling course, but announcements – especially to the economy.
