Celebrating the Life of Pat Fitzgerald
On April 23rd, the Fitzgerald family announced with heavy hearts the passing of Pat Fitzgerald, late of CPL Fuels and Fitzy Transport. Pat passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff of 6B UHL, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Prior to his passing, Pat was predeceased by his mother, Nora, father, PatJoe, and brother, Maurice. He is deeply missed by his loving wife, Nora, and their children, Kellie, Dale, Casie, Emma, and Lucy. He was a cherished grandfather to Ollie, Isla, and Daisy, and also Sophie and Declan. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary and Bridget, brothers, Bill, Michael, and John, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and a wide circle of friends.
You are invited to attend the wake at Madigan’s Funeral Home in Shanagolden (Eircode V94 W8DY) on Wednesday, April 26th, from 6 pm to 8 pm. The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, April 27th, at St Senan’s Church in Shanagolden at 12 noon, followed by the burial in the local cemetery.
